Research and implement new AI-driven automations (e.g., leveraging machine learning and LLMs) to keep the company at the cutting edge of innovation. . . Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, creative, operations, etc.) to gather requirements and ensure tools meet business needs and usability standards. . . Senior-level experience. : Extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation. . Web app development. : Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages. Expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience with Node.js and Next.js. . AI and ML proficiency. : Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts. Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4), familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, and knowledge of vector databases and prompt engineering best practices. . Workflow automation. : Experience building or automating complex workflows and processes. Familiarity with integration/automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and ability to create custom scripts or connectors as needed. .
