Key Responsibilities. Product Strategy & Vision. Define and own the . product roadmap.  aligned with business goals and user needs. Translate . learnings.  into clear product requirements and a long-term strategy.. Drive . feature prioritization.  based on impact, effort, and strategic fit.. User Research & Feedback Loop. What We’re Looking For. 3–6 years.  as a Product Manager in SaaS, HRTech, or AI-powered products.. Experience with . B2B SaaS.  and . API/data integrations. .. Proven track record in . beta-to-production.  launches.. Skilled in . PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria. , and . Agile/Scrum. .. Data-driven mindset.  with experience in tools like .
