Recruiter & Administrative Assistant at Elevate and Delegate. Our client is looking for a motivated and resourceful . Recruiter / Administrative Assistant. to join their team. In this dual-role position, you will support both recruitment and administrative functions across various departments, including restaurant and office roles. You will work directly with the manager to source top talent and help maintain smooth internal operations through organized administrative support.. Key Responsibilities. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing. Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates for restaurant, office, and support roles. Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.). Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening of candidates. Maintain and update candidate pipelines. Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to actively seek talent. Administrative Support. Download and organize video footage and digital files. Support data entry and internal file management. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support recruitment and operations. Schedule. This is a full-time role that includes weekend availability. To support work-life balance, a rotating weekend schedule may be created. 1–3 years of US recruiting experience, ideally across multiple job types. Strong English communication skills — both written and verbal. Proficient in the use of LinkedIn for sourcing and outreach. Highly analytical, organized, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively. Tech-savvy with the ability to manage digital files and tools. Preferred. Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced service industries. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Company Location: Philippines.
