As a Cloud Priority Support Integration Engineer, you will:. . Serve as the main technical expert for cloud product APIs and integrations, providing guidance and support to customers.. . Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidents across software, networking, and hardware environments.. . Develop and maintain scripts for internal and external use (Python, API, PowerShell) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.. . Collaborate with engineering, QA, product management, and other internal teams to deliver timely, high-quality solutions.. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud technologies, storage, virtualization, and business applications to support client requests effectively.. . Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff and contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing.. . . The ideal candidate will have:. . 2+ years of experience with APIs, API headers, requests, and troubleshooting integration issues.. . Experience with 1st and 3rd party SaaS integrations and network troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, tcpdump, iperf).. . Proficiency in configuring and deploying services such as DHCP, DNS, L2TP/IPSEC/OpenVPN, and HTTP servers.. . Experience with Windows Server, analyzing logs, dumps, and application-level troubleshooting (Procmon, Process Explorer).. . Familiarity with business applications such as MS Exchange, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB, Citrix XenApp, and NTP servers.. .
