We’re on the lookout for a Senior Video & Motion Designer who is equal parts animator, editor, and storyteller. Someone who brings brands to life through powerful visual content across digital platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for concepting, crafting, and delivering high-impact video and motion work for a variety of clients. From short-form social videos to animated explainers and brand films, you’ll be hands-on throughout the entire production process, owning everything from ideation to post-production.. You’re a creative hybrid with a passion for visual storytelling and an eye for design. You know how to shape a narrative, energize a campaign, and get the best out of a brief, with a track record of producing polished, modern, and engaging video content. You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also take the reins and run with a project solo when needed.. The TMP Creative team is made up of artworkers, designers, and writers with lots of different but complementary skills and experience. Every voice is valid, we review and critique one another’s work, and everyone is encouraged to share their ideas. Because we believe that great ideas can (and should) come from anyone in our team, and this is a very important part of the role. Don’t worry if there are a few things you haven’t tried yet, no-one joins TMP fully formed, we're always learning, because every client challenge is different.. What you will do: . . Get involved at all stages of projects including concepts, research, briefing, editing and proofing. . . Concepting and pitching video ideas that bring brand stories to life. . Collaborating with creative, design, and strategy teams to align on vision and execution. . Advising creative teams and designers on production processes, best practices and how to achieve maximum impact within a specified budget/timeframe.. . Sourcing (stock) and editing footage (shot and/or stock). . Crafting motion graphics/animations/VFX in line with brand guidelines. . Sound design and audio editing using tools like Audition or equivalent. . Managing your own workflow and timelines to hit deadlines and deliver excellence. . Turn complicated topics into delightfully simple ideas and executions. . Ensure your work is aligned to agreed creative/conceptual direction. . Work flexibly and proactively, to a high standard, and within agreed deadlines. . Believe in your work and feel a sense of pride about it. . Own your ideas and advocate for them. . Ask questions – big ones, small ones, even critical and challenging ones. . Always push yourself and your colleagues to do better. .   . Who you are:. . You don’t need a degree to impress us, we care more about your talent, mindset, and ability to produce standout video and motion work. . You bring a sharp creative eye and a deep interest in visual storytelling, animation, and content that connects. . You’re naturally curious about how technology shapes communication, and you're already experimenting with how tools like AI can enhance creative output. . You understand the value of structure and process in delivering high-quality work, but you also know when to adapt, improvise, and make smart decisions under pressure. . You’re collaborative, resourceful, and confident in your craft, someone who’s comfortable owning projects and contributing meaningfully to the bigger picture. . What you will need:. . At least 5 years of commercial experience in video production, motion design, or animation, ideally within an agency or fast-paced creative environment. . A strong grasp of how modern B2B and brand marketing works, and how great creative can cut through it. . A working understanding of agency life, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and still deliver on the details. . A reel or portfolio that shows you can craft compelling video content, both solo and as part of a team, and that you’re confident talking through your creative choices. . A wider creative curiosity, whether it’s writing, photography, music, or digital design, that brings added depth to your approach and ideas. . Company Location: United Kingdom.
