We are seeking a strategic and creative Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for a growing suite of Invest & Crypto products. In this impactful role, you will shape messaging, customer acquisition, retention strategies, and performance optimization across both in-app experiences and external channels. Accountabilities:. . Own full-funnel go-to-market strategy for Invest & Crypto products—from positioning and messaging to launch and lifecycle optimization.. . Lead in-app and external communications, ensuring clarity, compliance, and value to the customer.. . Develop and test high-impact campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple marketing channels.. . Translate complex financial and regulatory concepts into accessible, compelling marketing narratives.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Creative, Legal, and Ops to align strategies and ensure execution excellence.. . Conduct A/B testing on content, offers, segmentation, and timing to continually refine messaging and boost performance.. . Monitor marketing KPIs and behavioral data to generate actionable insights and influence both product and marketing decisions.. . Identify pain points and opportunities in the customer journey and recommend initiatives to drive satisfaction and long-term value.. . . 5–10 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong background in brokerage, trading, or crypto industries.. . Demonstrated success in launching new products (0→1) and leading multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business results.. . Deep understanding of marketing in regulated environments (e.g., SEC, FINRA) and experience translating legal requirements into effective messaging.. . Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.. . Expertise in segmentation, personalization, behavioral targeting, and performance analytics.. . Strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholders across product, analytics, legal, and creative teams.. . A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and thrive in fast-paced environments.. .
