You will shape how products attract, convert, and retain users — embedding growth mechanics directly into product design. Working closely with engineering, marketing, and leadership, you’ll drive experiments, analyze user behavior, and help ventures scale from early concept to product-market fit. Lead the creation and execution of PLG strategies across multiple early-stage SaaS ventures.. . Serve as a subject-matter expert and advisor to product teams, helping them embed growth directly into the user experience.. . Collaborate with engineering to deploy in-product experiments that optimize onboarding, feature adoption, and user conversion.. . Design and refine automated self-serve funnels, growth loops, referral systems, and in-product messaging strategies.. . Define and track KPIs such as Activation Rate, Time-to-Value, and Net Revenue Retention to guide growth initiatives.. . Partner with growth marketing to align paid and outreach efforts with in-product conversion strategies.. .
