Prepare accurate and timely sales quotes for customers, ensuring alignment with their requirements and pricing guidelines.. . Track and follow up on quotes to guarantee timely responses to customer enquiries.. . Submit deal registrations promptly upon request.. . Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.. . Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and resolving logistics-related issues.. . Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, escalating warm leads to Account Managers where appropriate.. . Support the Sales Director with reports and clarifications on open orders or enquiries.. . Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.. . Record recurring billing (monthly, quarterly, or annually) and generate renewal opportunities for expiring software or hardware orders.. . Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline sales support activities.. . Qualifications and Experience. . Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.. . Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.. .
