Experience working in the iGaming industry.. . Required: Previous experience working with B2B Platforms.. . Preferred: Prior experience as an Account Manager, Casino Coordinator, or in a sales role within a regulated market.. . Experience in working with/organizing promotions.. . Experience in campaign management, including monthly reporting on campaign success.. . Proven ability to communicate and present on all levels in and outside the organization.. . Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer’s real needs.. . Proven ability to manage multiple customers with different needs while paying strict attention to details.. . Ability to see the bigger picture, analytical and structured with a high degree of discipline, and initiative-taking.. . Responsibilities:. . Taking full ownership of customer relationships and being the interface between the customer accounts and the company.. . Taking full commercial responsibility for customer accounts and for meeting set revenue targets, goals, and objectives.. . Developing and implementing customer account plans that drive critical business objectives, maximizing long-term/short-term share of wallet, and customer satisfaction.. . Developing a trusted advisor relationship and facilitating the optimization of customer account operations around the company’s gaming solutions offerings.. . Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our gaming solutions in line with customer needs and objectives.. . Monthly revenue forecasting and reporting - giving clear information on the customer’s performance, achievements, activities, and any other information as relevant.. . Building and maintaining genuine, strong, long-lasting customer relationships on all levels.. .
