You will design and implement advanced Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) solutions, driving platform adoption and ensuring seamless integrations across complex environments. The position blends hands-on technical execution with strategic oversight, mentoring teams, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions. Accountabilities. Lead the design and implementation of CSM and FSM solutions, translating business requirements into technical architectures.. Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using best practices and internal coding standards.. Mentor and guide development teams to ensure high-quality delivery on complex projects.. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements.. Manage integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, including web services (SOAP, REST).. Participate in platform upgrades, patching, cloning, and performance optimization initiatives.. Document technical designs, workflows, and issue resolutions to maintain knowledge continuity.. . 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, including CSM, FSM, and Custom Applications.. Minimum 5 years working with ServiceNow CSM/FSM products and at least 3 years in an architect role.. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, ITSM, CSM, and FSM.. Experience with security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management.. Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, Script Includes).. Experience with web services integrations, automated bi-directional system integrations, and core ServiceNow functionality.. Strong problem-solving skills, technical documentation abilities, and capability to collaborate with business stakeholders.. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.. Preferred certifications: CSA, CIS–CSM, CIS–FSM, CAD.. .
