Identify and attract qualified candidates through effective sourcing strategies, including job boards and social media.. . Carry out detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for client roles.. . Work closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment approaches.. . Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, keeping candidates informed and engaged.. . Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment progress in tracking systems.. . Monitor industry trends to continuously refine recruitment strategies and practices.. . . Previous experience as a recruiter or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.. . Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation techniques.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.. .
