Accountabilities:. ·         Develop and maintain test plans and test cases based on user stories, technical design, and implementation.. ·         Execute tests, document results, and reproduce issues to ensure accurate defect reporting.. ·         Identify, record, and track internal and external defects, prioritizing test cases effectively.. ·         Conduct exploratory testing to evaluate product robustness, functionality, and usability.. ·         Contribute to automated testing systems, analyzing outputs and improving testing processes.. ·         Communicate quality issues, provide actionable recommendations, and collaborate with management and engineering teams.. ·         Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, and thorough documentation practices.. ·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity in modern testing methodologies.. ·         Understanding of software quality assurance fundamentals and various types of testing.. ·         Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., TestRail, QA Touch) preferred.. ·         Experience with screen capture and recording tools such as SnagIt or Camtasia.. ·         Some programming experience is a plus.. ·         Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.. ·         Meticulous, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment..
