Design, curate, and maintain high-quality curricula and program resources across multiple learning tracks that align with industry standards and employer needs.. . Collaborate with coaching, operations, admissions, and third-party content providers to ensure scalable, relevant, and effective program delivery.. . Develop and implement innovative program models and instructional strategies to improve learner engagement, retention, and career outcomes.. . Utilize learner feedback, performance data, and labor market insights to refine curricula, coaching practices, and program design.. . Lead or support the development of technical, instructional, or coaching-focused initiatives, including workshops, labs, and assessments.. . Train and support coaches and staff with resources, best practices, and updated program content.. .
