ReThem is seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance tracking of its media buying and SEO initiatives. Key Responsibilities. SEO & Organic Growth. . Lead technical and strategic SEO audits, including site health, crawlability, page speed, and schema optimization.. . Own on-page SEO across content, metadata, keyword mapping, and internal linking.. . Oversee backlink acquisition and outreach strategies to build high-authority domain profiles.. . Optimize visibility and performance of ReThem’s digital properties in search engines (Google, Bing, etc.).. . Monitor search rankings and traffic behavior using tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Analytics.. . Media Buying & Paid Campaigns. . Plan and execute paid media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Taboola, and industry-specific networks (e.g., G2, Capterra, Gartner, Software Advice).. . Track media spend, impressions, CTRs, and conversion rates with clear attribution frameworks.. . Partner with sales to optimize paid campaigns for lead quality and lifecycle velocity.. . Implement A/B and multivariate testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.. . Performance Tracking & Reporting. . Develop real-time dashboards in Google Looker (Data Studio) to monitor SEO KPIs, ad spend efficiency, and lead funnel progression.. . Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, UTM frameworks, and CRM integrations.. . Analyze campaign data to recommend scalable improvements and identify growth levers.. .
