In this role, you will be responsible for:. . Designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks for web and API testing.. . Leading and mentoring a small team of 2–3 members, ensuring quality and efficiency.. . Executing automated and manual test cases, identifying defects, and verifying fixes.. . Collaborating with development, product, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery.. . Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress and testing outcomes.. . Continuously improving testing processes and implementing best practices.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 3–8 years of experience in software testing with strong expertise in web and API automation.. . Proficiency in Selenium, TestNG, Rest API, and Rest Assured.. . Experience in framework design and development.. . Strong knowledge of Core Java for automation testing.. . Prior experience leading a small team and managing client communications.. .
