It guarantees that stores are set up correctly from the start, that any obstacles are addressed promptly, and that our platform can scale efficiently. This position is essential for expanding WarrCloud's Platform and providing a seamless experience for every store.. What You’ll Be Doing. . Execute store builds, DMS integration, and system validation . . Troubleshoot access issues across CDK, DealerTrack, Reynolds, and more. . Troubleshoot build errors, including VM setup failures and DMS issues (e.g., missing ROs). . Collaborate with Development on integrator setup and vendor-specific workflows (e.g., OXLO for Ford). . Maintain, build documentation, and update Jira tasks. . Provide post-integration support: resolve connectivity issues, MFA failures, credential lockouts, and other technical blockers. . Join post-live validation calls if needed to confirm store activation. . Partner with Deployment and Training to align launch timelines and ensure stores stay operational. . What You Bring. . Technical aptitude (VPN, MFA, credential workflows). . Experience with dealership systems (CDK, DealerTrack, Reynolds) and vendor platforms  . . Strong communication and documentation skills. . Ability to work independently and pivot quickly. . Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. . Knowledge of standard MFA setups (Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, FortiToken, CiscoAnyConnect, DUO, etc.). . Bonus: prior experience in onboarding, implementation, or IT support. .
