This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced EA/PA who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment.. Key Responsibilities. Business Support. . Manage emails, calendar, meetings, and appointments to optimise productivity. . . Handle supplier relationships and oversee ordering processes (e.g., liaising with suppliers such as Travis Perkins). . . Oversee contract administration, ensuring all agreements are properly drafted, filed, and tracked. . . Manage financial admin, including invoicing, VAT returns, and maintaining accurate receipt records. . . Delegate smaller tasks to subcontractors and track commissions for property-related jobs. . . Develop and implement systems to streamline ordering, admin, and operational processes. . . Personal Support. . Coordinate personal activities such as triathlon/Ironman competition entries and scheduling. . . Manage personal admin including insurance renewals and household-related tasks. . . Oversee household renovations and ensure associated administrative tasks are efficiently handled. . . Provide holistic support to ensure smooth running of all aspects of life and work. . . Qualifications & Experience. . Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management. . . Prior experience in the . property industry. is highly desirable. . . Strong organisational and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to create and maintain efficient workflows. . . Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. . . Tech-savvy, with proficiency in productivity tools and remote working platforms. . .
