Deliver essential administrative assistance by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and facilitating communication in Danish.. . Support operations with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining a well-organized electronic filing system.. . Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, ensuring smooth logistical processes.. . Approach daily tasks with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills.. . Communicate effectively with clients and vendors in Danish, delivering exceptional customer service and timely responses.. . Work collaboratively with team members on various projects to improve overall efficiency and workflow.. . Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.. Prior experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred.. Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous eye for detail..
