Key Responsibilities. Communication & Scheduling:. Manage professional email inboxes, coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and handle appointment setting and follow-ups.. CRM & Data Management:. Maintain accurate CRM records, track tasks and activities, and prepare basic reports and trackers.. Customer Service:. Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, assist with intake processes, and route requests as needed.. Administrative Support:. Prepare presentations and documents, support invoicing and payment follow-ups when required, and assist with general operational tasks.. Tools & Technology. Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets). Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). CRM systems and cloud-based phone platforms. Schedule. Preference for availability .
