PLN gross (Contract of Employment). 11,500 - 17,000 . PLN Before Tax (B2B Contract). Tasks & Responsibilities:. . Ownership and subject matter expert for tools such as: Atlassian suite, Google Workspace, 1Password, Slack. . . Ownership on monitoring and security of networks and network devices within Netguru office, updating network systems and managing their life cycle.. . Analysis of the organization's IT needs, selection and implementation of new technologies, applications or solutions. . . Close cooperation with other IT Operations Team members. . . Support for the Leader of the IT Operations Team as part of the search for the best IT & Sec solutions for business. . . Close cooperation with other departments in the company, in particular with Security and Legal departments.. . Consultation and implementation of solutions and requirements of IT, InfoSec, Legal, and Finance teams. . . Preparing and updating documentation, both internal and stakeholder facing. . Knowledge sharing for IT & Sec teams and for Netguru organizations. . . Knowledge and implementation of change management process across the company. . Automation support, verification and process creation for non-tech departments. . . Being a part of the procurement process for new tools, applications and solutions for the company.. . Automation of processes and tools for the IT Ops department and other units in the organization, and maintenance of these automation.. . Must-haves:. At least 3 years of relevant prior experience.. . Proven experience with Google Workspace Administration and Configuration, SAML, SSO, API utilisation.. . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.. . English at a minimum B2 level.. . Flexible and proactive approach to tasks.. . Nice-to-haves: . Middleware usage ie. . Make.com. , Zapier, Slack Workflows.. Company Location: Poland.
