System Design & Integration: Reverse-engineer legacy workflows; integrate CRM (HubSpot), BI dashboards, support, and CS tools into one platform.. . AI-Driven Automation & Experimentation: Identify high-leverage processes (e.g. hyper-personalised outreach, churn-risk detection); prototype, measure and scale AI agents.. . Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Mine large datasets for leading indicators of engagement, expansion and churn; translate analytics into GTM recommendations.
