As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the infrastructure that powers real-time, safety-critical robotics systems. You will work closely with a global team of engineers to implement robust, scalable, and efficient software deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and system integrations. This role offers the chance to contribute to high-performance production systems, optimize distributed applications, and lead cross-functional technical initiatives. The position is fully remote, providing flexibility while working on challenging, impactful projects.. Accountabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for:. . Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable infrastructure to support robotics applications.. . Developing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and deployment workflows.. . Integrating and supporting distributed, performance-critical applications in Kubernetes environments.. . Monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving system reliability and performance.. . Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade software and ensure seamless system operation.. . Contributing to internal tools, best practices, and open-source infrastructure initiatives.. . To succeed in this role, you should have:. . 5+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering, with strong Python expertise.. . Solid understanding of Linux internals, networking, and distributed system design.. . Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment of edge or robotics workloads.. . Proficiency with build systems such as Bazel in large, polyglot codebases.. . Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design skills.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating across teams and regions.. . Nice-to-Have:. . Experience with robotics, autonomous vehicles, or other real-time, safety-critical systems.. . Familiarity with edge deployment strategies and container runtimes.. .
