Implement and optimize . gameplay systems, UI frameworks, and backend API integrations. Build . editor tooling and workflow automations. to improve production efficiency. Manage . pipeline optimization. for importing and integrating 2D/3D assets, animations, and VFX. Translate design mockups and motion files into . fully functional in-game interfaces. Contribute to system design, technical documentation, and clean, maintainable code. Performance and Optimization. Profile, debug, and optimize . memory, rendering, and CPU performance. across mobile platforms. Streamline build pipelines and asset workflows to improve iteration speed. Balance visual fidelity and performance for smooth gameplay. Integration and Collaboration. Work closely with motion, VFX, and UI teams to integrate and fine-tune assets inside Unity. Collaborate with backend and design teams on . feature implementation and API usage. (Optional but a plus) Convert . After Effects animations to Unity-compatible motion sequences. Implement . basic shaders. and visual effects when needed. What You Bring. 5–10 years of experience. in Unity development (C#). Proven track record building and shipping . mobile or cross-platform games. Strong understanding of . UI frameworks, asset integration, and performance optimization. Experience with . backend API integration and Unity editor tooling. Ability to manage . end-to-end Unity workflows. (assets, pipelines, builds, and VFX integration). Self-driven, technically curious, and motivated to deliver at startup speed. Nice to Have. Experience converting . After Effects motion into Unity. Familiarity with . shader development. (HLSL or Shader Graph). Strong understanding of . VFX pipelines and animation blending. Hands-on experience with . Addressables, Scriptable Objects, and build automation.
