We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our growth strategy within the U.S. Army and broader Department of Defense (DoD) ecosystem. The role will play a critical role in capturing new business and expanding ALL.SPACE’s footprint by identifying opportunities that align with emerging requirements in beyond line-of-sight (BLOS) and SATCOM technologies. . The role will leverage a deep knowledge of Army acquisition processes, established relationships across key commands (e.g., PEO C3T, PEO IEW&S, National Guard, Reserve, and Active Army), and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles to deliver results aligned with company growth goals. . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  . 1. Drive Business Growth and Revenue . Exceed annual sales targets by capturing new and repeat business from U.S. Army and DoD clients. . Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies aligned with All.Space’s growth objectives. . Identify and qualify new opportunities through market research, relationship-building, and customer engagement. . 2. Build and Manage Strategic Relationships . Establish trusted advisor status with key stakeholders in Army commands, including PEO C3T, PEO IEW&S, National Guard, and Reserve. . Engage regularly with military leadership, acquisition officials, and integrators to promote All.Space’s capabilities. . Represent All.Space at industry events, military technology demonstrations, and customer briefings. . 3. Coordinate Cross-Functional Collaboration . Partner with internal teams (engineering, product, marketing, program management) to ensure aligned customer solutions. . Provide customer feedback to inform product roadmap and solution development. Lead internal strategy meetings to align resources with customer priorities and deal timelines.. 4. Navigate DoD Acquisition and Proposal Processes . Shape opportunities from early market shaping through RFI, RFP, and final proposal. . . Understand and leverage DoD acquisition strategies, contracting vehicles, and funding pathways. . . Support bid and proposal teams with strategic input, pricing strategies, and win themes. . . 5. Provide Market Intelligence and Forecasting . . Track customer activity, competitive landscape, and market trends in SATCOM and BLOS domains. . . Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM systems. . . Deliver regular updates to leadership on account status, risks, and growth plans. . .  . Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in defense or satellite communications sales. (In lieu of degree, a minimum of 13 years of directly related experience will be considered.) . Deep understanding of SATCOM technologies and tactical communication requirements within the U.S. Army. . Proven track record of successful sales into DoD agencies, especially Army acquisition commands. . Familiarity with DoD procurement and acquisition processes. . Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance .  . Preferred additional skills: .  . MBA or equivalent advanced degree. . Prior experience with DoD SATCOM integrators or prime contractors. . Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. . Experience working in a startup or high-growth company environment. . Willingness to travel 25% or more, including to military bases, industry events, and partner sites . Company Location: United States.
