Accountabilities:. . Develop a deep understanding of the platform and apply it to client-specific needs, challenges, and goals.. . Support senior team members during onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client interactions to ensure exceptional experiences.. . Create and execute success plans to drive adoption and retention, using metrics and insights to identify optimization opportunities.. . Share continuing education with clients, including product updates, roadmaps, and usage recommendations.. . Identify opportunities for cross-selling and collaborate with Account Managers and Product Specialists to present new solutions.. . Advocate for client needs internally, building strong cross-functional relationships to support long-term success.. . . 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within RIAs, Family Offices, or UHNW-focused financial services.. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset.. . Technological fluency and the ability to engage effectively with internal product teams and clients.. . Excellent communication and time management skills.. . Proven track record in improving client engagement, satisfaction, and adoption metrics.. .
