We are seeking an experienced Applied AI Operations Lead to drive the deployment, adoption, and governance of AI agents across healthcare organizations. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between AI engineering teams and clinical users, ensuring that AI solutions deliver measurable value in real-world healthcare workflows. You will work hands-on with foundation model APIs and internal SDKs, translating complex AI capabilities into actionable, operational outcomes. This position requires a blend of technical depth, project management, and consultative engagement skills to optimize AI performance and build stakeholder trust. You will create repeatable playbooks, contribute to strategic customer partnerships, and influence product development based on field insights. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of care teams while supporting better patient outcomes.. Accountabilities. . Deploy, configure, and optimize AI agents for clinical, operational, and financial workflows.. . Conduct workflow assessments and design AI implementations that deliver measurable ROI.. . Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks, including monitoring, accuracy tracking, and quality assurance.. . Partner with clinical, operational, and compliance teams to ensure safe and compliant agent operations.. . Develop and deliver training programs and technical documentation for end users and stakeholders.. . Collaborate with AI engineering teams to inform product improvements and new capabilities.. . Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding AI strategy and demonstrating the value of AI adoption.. . Create case studies, performance metrics, and ROI analyses to accelerate adoption and support executive decision-making.. . . 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles (solutions engineering, technical consulting, customer success engineering).. . Hands-on experience deploying and managing LLM-based applications in production.. . Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously.. . Technical expertise with foundation model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and low-code automation tools.. . Knowledge of AI safety, alignment, governance, and performance monitoring frameworks.. .
