Respond to incoming inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding energy and utility services.. . Provide accurate information about billing, services, and energy efficiency procedures.. . Assist customers in resolving issues related to their accounts or services.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.. . Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and resolution of customer inquiries.. . Stay informed about industry regulations and company policies to provide informed support.. . Collect customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. . Experience in customer service, especially in the Energy & Utilities industry, is preferred.. .
