Your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and schedule meetings between these leads and our Account Executive (AE).. Key Responsibilities:. . . Respond Promptly.  to inbound leads (within defined SLAs).. . . Conduct Initial Outreach.  via personalized emails, phone calls, and SMS.. . . Schedule Meetings.  between qualified prospects and the AE using HubSpot Meetings.. . . Maintain CRM Accuracy.  by logging all activities, notes, and lead dispositions in Hubspot.. . . Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, persuasive).. . Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot.. . Comfort with phone outreach and handling objections or questions from prospects.. . Highly organized and process-oriented — you don’t let leads slip through.. .
