This role ensures that systems, processes, and participant/member experiences operate smoothly, enabling facilitators and consultants to focus on client engagement and program delivery. The position operates within a structured remote environment and supports the end-to-end coordination of learning programs, membership lifecycle management, and operational marketing execution.. . Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learner access, and content updates.. Oversee learner onboarding, course setup, tracking of progress, and certification records.. Administer accreditation processes, including CP-SWP requirements.. Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning programs.. Manage program scheduling, operational timelines, and participant communications.. Liaise with facilitators to ensure delivery readiness and operational alignment.. Support post-program feedback collection and reporting.. Manage membership onboarding, renewals, and database maintenance.. Respond to membership enquiries and maintain accurate membership records.. Coordinate operational execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.. Support website updates and content administration.. Manage learning-related inbox enquiries and escalate where required.. Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and system data integrity.. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.. 3-5+ years’ experience in operations coordination, learning administration, membership management, or similar administrative roles.. Experience managing or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS).. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows.. High proficiency in written and verbal English communication.. Experience supporting virtual program delivery and remote teams.. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.. Experience supporting marketing campaign coordination or content administration (advantageous)..
