The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S., introducing All Star Merchant's payment gateway services, identifying decision-makers, and setting appointments for the sales team. This is a performance-driven role for someone with confidence, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.. Key Responsibilities:. . Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective business clients. . . Pitch All Star Merchant’s payment gateway features and benefits clearly and professionally. . . Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team. . . Handle objections and answer basic questions about services. . . Record call details and lead interactions in the CRM system. . . Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication. . . Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions. . . Requirements:. . Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (B2B sales preferred). . . Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. . . Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. . . Comfortable using CRM systems, call dialers, and remote tools. . . Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics. . . Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment (remote setup). . . Preferred Qualifications:. . Experience in merchant services, fintech, or payment processing. . .
