Source and recruit candidates for diverse job openings, utilizing various recruitment channels.. . Conduct interviews and engage with candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.. . Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs.. . Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer acceptance and onboarding.. . Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.. . Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.. . Experience in recruitment is preferred but not mandatory; a desire to learn is important.. .
