Provide excellent customer service in Dutch for inquiries related to electronics products.. . Assist customers with product selection, installations, troubleshooting, and warranty issues.. . Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.. . Document customer interactions accurately and maintain customer records.. . Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex issues effectively.. .
