We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and personable individual to join our team as Influencer Sales & Activation Coordinator. This entry-level role supports influencer and brand campaigns from activation through reporting. You’ll play a key part in keeping projects on track and ensuring our clients and creators have a smooth, professional experience. Additionally, as a second priority beyond activation and reporting, the individual will assist with sales outreach across PIVOT’s gaming, esports, influencer, and sports portfolios.. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:. . Compile post-activation reports, including streaming and content analytics. . Assist with tracking and managing influencer deliverables based on project scope and brand partnership KPI’s. . Reconcile contract deliverables and pre-approved draft executable copy sent to COO. . Help manage influencer invoicing, payments to influencers, and follow up on outstanding payments. . Record and track content creator deliverables across each campaign. . Update internal records with current influencer data, including audience demographics, social following, and other relevant data points. . Coordinate influencer product shipments and travel logistics. . Provide up-to-date and accurate reporting, inclusive of executed deals, deal deliverables, and payment updates. . Help identify potential brands that align with our current influencer and content creator portfolio. . Support influencer and sales outreach when bandwidth allows. . Sales prospecting for influencers, gaming, and sports properties. . Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:. . Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. . Ability to multitask effectively across several projects. . Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking systems, and project management tools. . Professional, clear communicator — both written and verbal. . Relatable and personable — someone who can connect with both influencers and brands. . Qualifications:. . BA/BS in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or other related disciplines. . 1-3+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, marketing, and business development. . Knowledge and understanding of the esports, gaming, & content creator sponsorship landscape. . An appropriate level of drive and toughness to effectively manage multiple demanding critical projects in a fast-paced, technical environment, and rapidly evolving industry. . Firm grasp of available networking platforms within the sports management industry. . Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills. . Acute attention to detail, organization, and efficiency. . Experience using MS Office, Salesforce, and Google Suite . . Company Location: United States.
