Key Responsibilities. . . Recruitment Coordination. . . . Post job adverts, screen applications, conduct telephone interviews . . Book paid trial shifts and coordinate logistics with internal team . . Manage feedback and transition successful applicants to HR for onboarding . . . . Time Sheet Oversight. . . . Review and verify employee timesheets against scheduled hours . . Approve accurate entries and flag discrepancies for follow-up . . . . Order Management. . . . Process supply orders submitted by cleaning teams . . Liaise with suppliers and coordinate deliveries to various client sites . . . . Client Communication. . . . Manage the shared operations inbox . . Respond to client queries, resolve minor issues, and escalate when needed . . Occasionally liaise with clients via phone . . . . Operations Support. . . . Support internal scheduling and communication across the ops team . . Follow structured internal processes and contribute to improvements . . . Qualifications and Experience. . Minimum . 3 years’ experience. in operations, administration, or team support roles . . . Recruitment experience. is strongly preferred (posting ads, screening CVs, interviewing) . . Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently . . Comfortable working with digital tools and shared systems (Microsoft Teams, shared inboxes) . .
