Key Responsibilities:. Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing therapists . Conduct training sessions on ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and company protocols . Support therapists in developing clinical skills, data collection accuracy, and session management . Monitor training progress and provide feedback, coaching, and performance support . Ensure therapists meet competency standards and certification requirements (e.g., RBT readiness) . Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical leadership to align training with treatment goals . Develop and update training materials, manuals, and SOPs . Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training initiatives . Assist with quality assurance by reviewing session implementation and documentation . Maintain accurate records of training completion and performance outcomes. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) . RBT certification required; BCaBA or BCBA preferred . Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring staff . Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention plans . Excellent communication and presentation skills . Strong organizational and time management abilities . Ability to work independently and manage multiple trainees simultaneously . Experience working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment preferred . Company Location: South Africa.
