Key Responsibilities. Develop and troubleshoot PLC logic, HMI screens, and SCADA integrations . Commission automation systems and support plant/start-up activities . Implement OT networking basics and industrial communications (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, OPC UA) . Drive process optimization, downtime reduction, and control strategy improvements . Maintain documentation, standards, and change control. BS in Electrical, Controls, Automation, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) . 7–15+ years in industrial automation/controls engineering . PLC platforms (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA experience . Hands-on commissioning and troubleshooting expertise . Ability to support on-site needs and occasional travel.
