We’re hiring a Paid Media Manager to partner with our client in managing multiple paid search accounts ranging from $10K to $30K monthly budgets. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll own campaign strategy, execution, and performance insights, while also enhancing internal processes to scale our Paid Media function efficiently.. Accountability. As a Paid Media Manager, your success will be measured by your ability to drive high-performing campaigns, deliver clear and actionable insights, and build systems that scale across accounts. You’ll work across strategy, execution, and analysis, balancing attention to detail with the ability to zoom out and optimize for impact. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Campaign Strategy & Execution. . Plan, launch, and optimize high-converting campaigns primarily on Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).. . Manage a portfolio of 8–12 accounts with daily optimization to meet KPIs such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Click-Through Rate (CTR).. . Collaborate with your Paid Media peer to balance workload and maintain campaign consistency.. . . Performance Monitoring & Reporting. . Analyze campaign data to identify trends, surface insights, and proactively resolve issues.. . Own monthly reporting, delivering clear, actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams.. . Lead A/B testing initiatives on ads, bids, and landing pages, working closely with the Funnel Architect.. . Communication & Collaboration. . Coordinate with account managers and creative teams to align messaging and campaign strategy.. . Participate in client communications (calls and emails) when results shift or new opportunities emerge.. . Translate complex performance data into plain-language insights for diverse audiences.. . Process & Quality Control. . Develop and document repeatable wins, contributing to playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).. .
