In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Slovak-speaking customers, providing them with support and assistance for their travel bookings and inquiries.. Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries in Slovak through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.. . Assist clients with the booking process, modifications, cancellations, and general travel-related questions to ensure a smooth experience.. . Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and provide timely solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for quality assurance and service improvement.. .
