The SDR is responsible for identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound sales opportunities. This role is the first point of contact for prospects and plays a critical role in driving the top of the sales funnel. You will work closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to book meetings and build a pipeline of qualified leads.Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.. Responsibilities. . Build lead lists using Websites, LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, or industry directories. . Research prospects to personalize outreach (company size, focus, pain points). . Qualify inbound leads and determine fit based on company criteria. . Schedule consultations for the Sales Manager or In-person closing team (Doctor, Nurse, Owner, etc.) . . Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in a CRM. . Collaborate with marketing to follow up on campaigns and events. . Understand the company's offerings, ideal customer profile, and value proposition. . Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets (calls, emails, meetings booked). . Track and report outreach performance and lead conversion metrics. . . 6 months to 1 year of Sales Development experience in the Healthcare, Aesthetic, or Wellness industry, with additional background in Customer Service or BPO roles preferred. . Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). . Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. . Proficient in lead research and personalized outreach using tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Crunchbase). . Experience using CRM systems (required). . Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST). . . High school diploma or equivalent.. . . System and Work Setup Requirements. .
