Build and maintain responsive pages in Webflow with a focus on performance and attention to detail. . Translate Figma or Adobe XD designs into clean, mobile-first builds. . Create animations and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience without sacrificing speed. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch A/B tests and apply CRO strategies. . Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and SEO-friendly site structures. . Optimize site speed and performance across all devices. . Deep expertise in Webflow (portfolio required). . Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. . Experience working in a DTC or eCommerce environment preferred. . Familiarity with CRO, analytics tools, and performance tracking a plus. .
