We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong understanding of the IT industry—particularly MSPs, IT infrastructure, and computer hardware. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, prospecting new clients, and booking meetings for Account Executives. You’ll work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities within target markets, engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders with confidence.. Key Responsibilities. . Make 80 to 100 outbound calls daily . . Prospect and generate leads within the IT and MSP sectors. . . Use phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods to engage decision-makers. . . Customize messaging based on research and target buyer personas. . Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.. . Research target accounts to understand their IT infrastructure, pain points, and needs. . . Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure strong fit for company solutions. . . Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives. . . Maintain accurate activity and pipeline updates in the CRM. . . 1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or client outreach. . Familiarity with the IT space and experience with MSP, IT and Computer hardware selling is a strong advantage. . Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). . Proven ability to manage 80 to 100 calls per day and drive high-volume outreach. . Familiarity with tools like CRMs, dialers, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation. . Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup. . Highly organized with strong follow-through and adaptability. . Company Location: Philippines.
