The Automated Test Engineer will design, develop, and maintain test scripts to ensure high-quality software releases, supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers and Scrum teams, to enhance test coverage, detect defects early, and improve overall software reliability. Candidates will work in a structured, mission-driven environment where security, performance, and compliance are top priorities. Strong scripting skills, knowledge of test automation frameworks, and familiarity with Agile processes are key to success in this role.. . Accountabilities. As an Automated Test Engineer, you will:. . Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, performance, and security testing.. . Convert manual test scripts to automated scripts within established timeframes.. . Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using approved tools such as Checkmarx, ACAS, CAST, or Jenkins.. . Perform regression, performance, and interoperability testing before software releases.. . Maintain traceability of all tests to requirements and keep test artifacts under configuration control.. . Collaborate with Scrum teams to identify automation opportunities and improve test coverage.. . Support third-party verification and provide performance testing scripts as required.. .
