We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Marketing Manager to help elevate our brand presence and generate high-quality, top-of-funnel leads. As a firm of 20 professionals operating at the top end of the market, we pride ourselves on our agility, high standards, and entrepreneurial spirit. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our CMO and law partners to execute and amplify our marketing and business development initiatives, with a strong focus on content-driven growth.  You will also have the opportunity to work with our client services co-ordinator and paralegals who will support you in this role.. Key Responsibilities: . . Amplify the firm’s content to reach target audiences and drive qualified leads, particularly through LinkedIn and professional referral networks.. . Collaborate closely with the CMO and law partners to spearhead and support business development programs.. . Manage the execution of day-to-day marketing activities, including content creation, posting, and campaign management.. . Oversee submissions for industry awards and other recognition opportunities.. . Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to optimize reach and engagement.. . Contribute to the development of innovative strategies to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.. . . 4-6 years proven experience in sales/marketing, preferably within professional services, legal, or B2B environments.. . Strong understanding of content marketing, social media (particularly LinkedIn), and digital lead generation.. . Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.. . A self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.. . Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.. . Collaborative mindset with the confidence to engage directly with senior stakeholders.. . Experience with all social media platforms particularly Linkedin, SEO,MS Dynamics, MS Co-pilot, Wordpress, MailChimp and Canva. . Work Arrangement & Expectations:.
