As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll work directly with our founder and our clients to lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles with a strong focus on technical and product hiring. What You'll Be Doing. . Own and execute the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned client roles. . Join and document client kickoff calls; prepare and maintain kickoff forms. . Draft and post compelling job descriptions across LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal platforms. . Collaborate on candidate assessments and screening rubrics. . Source, screen, and assess candidates (technical and non-technical). . Conduct structured screening interviews and administer assessments. . Create and deliver high-quality candidate packages to clients. . Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. . Provide a high-touch experience to both clients and candidates. . Track progress and maintain organized pipelines using Manatal. . . 3+ years of agency recruiting experience. . Proven success recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, product, data). . Strong interviewing and assessment skills, especially for technical screens. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Confident with sourcing tools, ATSs, and Boolean search strategies. . Highly organized, self-directed, and able to juggle multiple open roles. .
