JobType: full-time. We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Specialist with strong expertise in Salesforce and Veeva to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who have deep domain knowledge in life sciences (pharma, biotech, or medical devices) and hands-on experience in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Veeva solutions. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer engagement models, and ensuring compliant, scalable CRM solutions tailored to the life sciences industry.. Key Responsibilities:. Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud solutions aligned with business goals.. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including sales, medical, marketing, and compliance teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.. Drive end-to-end Veeva CRM implementations, including configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise systems.. Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and Veeva platforms, maintaining data consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.. Design and implement data models, workflows, automation, and reporting dashboards to improve field force effectiveness and customer engagement.. Support omnichannel engagement strategies leveraging Salesforce capabilities such as customer 360, analytics, and AI-driven insights.. Ensure adherence to industry regulations such as GxP, HIPAA, and other compliance standards relevant to life sciences.. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and establish best practices for Salesforce and Veeva development.. Participate in release planning, deployment, and post-production support activities.. Required Skills & Qualifications:. 8–14 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and Veeva CRM implementations.. Strong expertise in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.. Proven experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, and related modules within life sciences ecosystems.. Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).. Strong understanding of life sciences business processes including field engagement, KOL management, sample management, and compliance workflows.. Experience working with data migration, ETL tools, and system integrations.. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within Salesforce environments.. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.. Preferred Qualifications:. Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, or Consultant-level certifications).. Veeva certifications or prior experience working directly with Veeva implementations.. Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau CRM or similar platforms..
