You will manage large-scale implementations, lead multidisciplinary teams, and serve as the main point of contact for senior clients. This position requires strategic oversight, deep SAP knowledge, and a passion for excellence in program execution. Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of SAP programs, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.. . Serve as the strategic delivery leader and escalation point across complex engagements.. . Manage planning, resourcing, budget control, quality checks, and risk mitigation.. . Build strong relationships with clients, offering strategic guidance and leading communication with executive stakeholders.. . Ensure alignment with delivery best practices, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.. . Guide organizational change management and platform adoption efforts.. . Establish quality benchmarks, proactively address risks, and implement continuous improvement practices.. . Mentor and grow high-performing delivery teams, aligning capabilities with evolving technology needs like AI, Cloud ERP, and analytics.. . . . 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting and leading end-to-end SAP transformation programs.. . Prior leadership in a Director-level or equivalent role within a consulting or delivery organization.. . Expertise across multiple SAP platforms (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, C/4HANA) and full lifecycle implementations.. . Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills, especially at the executive level.. . Proficiency in project/program management, financial oversight, and risk management.. . Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.. . Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with a high level of business acumen.. . Proven track record in leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.. . Industry knowledge in telecom, healthcare, or consumer goods is highly desirable.. .
