This role is designed for a hands-on delivery leader who can drive the efficient execution of Salesforce and Revenue Operations initiatives. You will oversee the translation of business priorities into actionable plans, align technical and business teams, and ensure the timely delivery of impactful solutions. Operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you will balance Agile discipline with flexibility, enabling high-performing teams to achieve measurable results. Accountabilities. . Facilitate team ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) tailored to the team’s pace and priorities.. . Maintain and organize a visible Salesforce project backlog, enabling rapid pivots for high-priority needs.. . Proactively identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth delivery and mitigate risks early.. . Collaborate with RevOps leaders, business stakeholders, and Salesforce teams to translate business requests into actionable technical work items.. . Influence roadmap discussions by communicating delivery capacity, system dependencies, and business impact.. . Foster an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement while coaching team members in practical Agile principles.. . Track delivery health metrics, providing transparency and insights to guide planning and improve throughput.. . Coordinate Salesforce releases with Admins, Developers, and business stakeholders to minimize operational disruption.. . . 3+ years of experience in Agile Project Management, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or similar roles in technology-focused environments.. . Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and business teams, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle.. . Solid knowledge of Salesforce capabilities (declarative and programmatic) to understand dependencies and guide delivery.. . Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.. . Demonstrated ability to balance structured delivery with flexibility to handle urgent business needs.. .
