Our client in the UK is seeking a driven and resilient Client Acquisition Manager to play a key role in fueling their growth by opening doors to new clients and opportunities. This role is all about building strong first connections, uncovering funding needs, and setting the stage for the broker team to close successful deals. . Key Responsibilities. . Generate new business through outbound calls, focusing on product discovery and understanding clients' future funding needs. . . Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to establish trust and credibility. . . Qualify and hand over leads to the broker team for final deal closure.. . . Proven background in sales or cold-calling, with experience handling high call volumes. . . Strong relationship-building and communication skills. . . Resilient mindset and ability to handle frequent rejection with confidence. . . Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus).. . Company Location: South Africa.
