In this role, you will provide virtual healthcare services to patients, offering support, consultation, and care coordination through telecommunication platforms. You will ensure patients receive timely, accurate, and high-quality care while maintaining compliance with medical standards and privacy regulations.. Job Responsibilities:. . Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess health concerns, provide education, and develop care plans. . . Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. . . Review patient medical histories, lab results, and other data to provide informed recommendations. . . Document all patient interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR). . . Educate patients on treatment options, prescriptions, lifestyle changes, and preventive care.. . . Minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional setting. . Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional remote work environment. . Strong organizational, research, and administrative skills. . Experience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones. . Familiarity with Google Workspace (GSuite) tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar). . High emotional intelligence, maturity, and demonstrated business acumen. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. . Comfort asking supervisors for clarity, deadlines, and priority-setting when not explicitly communicated. .
