Your mission: optimize client-financed acquisition, raise LTGP, manage inventory & logistics, and eliminate churn/defects so the business can grow without breaking.. As COO, you’ll turn vision into execution by aligning departments, building systems, and ensuring every team delivers measurable results. You’ll lead operations with confidence, build scorecards, run Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), and fix bottlenecks every single week.. As COO, you won’t just oversee — you’ll . own. results across multiple departments:. Operations Leadership. . Lead and be accountable for execution, systems, and cross-department communication. . . Eliminate silos and create alignment across all business units. . . Build weekly scorecards and run WBRs to keep the team focused on priorities. . . Department Oversight (with leads in place). . 📧 . Email/SMS:. Manage calendar alignment, approve creative, ensure campaign readiness. . . 🎧 . Customer Service:. Review refund/reason data weekly; implement retention plays & product education. . . 🛒 . Amazon:. Manage media buying, listings, reviews, inventory, and compliance. . . 💰 . Ad Roll Guardrails:. Ensure budgets/KPIs align with promos & seasonality. . . 📱 . Social Media Presence:. Maintain brand alignment and customer engagement. . . 📸 . Monthly Photography:. Brief, schedule, and deliver creative assets. . . 🚚 . Supply Chain:. Oversee POs, forecasting, shipments, and supplier lead times in sync with CFO cash planning. . . 📦 . Fulfillment:. Manage 3PL SLAs (≤3 days) and unfulfilled order exceptions. . . 🧪 . CRO:. Drive website split tests and improvements to raise profit per visitor. . . 📅 . Promo Calendar:. Own readiness for holidays, BFCM, and major launches. . . 🚀 . Product Launches:. Coordinate suppliers, design, compliance, samples, and asset delivery.. . . Bonus Points. . 🔎 Hiring: Proven process for sourcing, testing, and reference-checking ops hires. . . ⚙️ Automations: Experience with Zapier or workflow automations to cut manual work.. .
